Spectral, by Nic Mathieu, has already been released on Netflix. In this review we broke the latest original science fiction film from the VOD platform, starring James Badge Dale, Max Martini and Emily Mortimer.

Netflix has released this month a new science Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets fiction movie as one of its original contents. This is Spectral, a film directed by Nic Mathieu and starring James Badge Dale, Max Martini, Emily Mortimer and Bruce Greenwood. The plot follows in the footsteps of Dr. Mark Clyne, a DARPA engineer who is sent to Moldova, more specifically to the city Kishinev during a fictitious civil war between the Government and the militiamen, in which the United States has deployed a division of Delta Force. However, conventional weapons can do little against a new spectral and invisible enemy, whose touch can already kill a person.

Clyne will have to join the Delta Force in a risky, not to say suicidal, mission in order to discover the nature of these ghosts that harass both soldiers and the population and thus find a way to stop them. His path, however, will soon become a dangerous journey through the streets devastated by war, crowded with furious specters, eager to destroy the living.

With this premise begins Spectral, a warlike science fiction film that, as we go ahead, will like lovers of both genders. However, before closing this criticism, let us clear up some more details of it.
