Deadpool

Deadpool is shaping up to be a hit in theaters in 2018 and is that Ryan Reynolds has found in the character of Wade Wilson a real showcase for his humorous skills. The film, co-starring Josh Brolin in the role of the mercenary mutant Cable, is already in the advertising campaign and has tried to preserve the irreverent tone that had its predecessor. This was confirmed by a Thanksgiving theme poster in which all the characters appeared, as well as a teaser with Deadpool disguised as the famous television painter Bob Ross.

With Disney already the official owner of Fox and the mercenary film rights, Reynolds has been active in social networks. In addition to making observations about the obvious contrast of tones between his red-and-white costume character and the “family friendly” atmosphere of the mouse kingdom, Reynolds also let the fans see a new promotional image of the sequel. Although several fans fear that Disney seeks to return to the character one more “safe” and anesthetized, the truth is that this is difficult. Disney allows each of the studies it has acquired to develop autonomously. While the X-Men are likely to go through certain changes, it is unlikely to happen with Deadpool, except with the success it has had globally.

The image that Reynolds published on Twitter shows the characters created by Rob Liefeld, Fabian Nicieza and Chris Claremont in a particular composition: a representation of The Creation of Adam by the Renaissance artist Michelangelo. The original image is part of the Sistine Chapel, which is covered by religious images, undoubtedly one of the greatest artistic achievements in the history of mankind. The sequel hopes to at least be able to do something a bit similar in terms of the superhero cinema is concerned and is that expectations are great after the success of the first.
